The plain-English terms for using the Humble Tools tools, the Safari extensions in the suite and any other tools we release (the "Tools"). By using the Tools you accept the terms below.
No warranty
The Tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. That includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website, browser version, or system configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Humble Tools, operated by Nicolas Mertens, is not liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Tools. This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, and any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your responsibility for how you use the tools
You are responsible for how you use the Tools and for complying with the law and with the terms of any website you use them on, and with the terms of any website, VPN, or other third-party service a Tool works with. For example, only screenshot, capture, or record content that you have the right to, and respect the copyright, privacy, and terms of service of the sites and material you interact with. The Tools are neutral tools; how they are used is up to you.
Trademarks and affiliation
Humble Tools is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc., Google LLC, YouTube, any VPN provider a Tool works with, or any website the Tools operate on. Safari is a trademark of Apple Inc. All other product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners, and any reference to them is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above.
